Green has been connected to the Cardinals in numerous mock drafts over the last few weeks and Jefferson is the latest to follow suit.Green had 95 tackles and two forced fumbles in his junior season for the national runner-up.Jefferson has the Los Angeles Rams selecting Cal quarterback Jared Goff first overall, followed by the Philadelphia Eagles taking North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz.Unlike most prognosticators, Jefferson has four quarterbacks getting drafted in the first round. He projects Memphis’ Paxton Lynch to the Cleveland Browns with the 12th pick — which would also indicate a trade with the New Orleans Saints — and he’s got the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos taking Michigan State’s Connor Cook with the final pick of the round (even though that pick got cut off the tweet). We’ll get to see how Jefferson’s mock stacks up against the endless sea of others as the NFL Draft gets underway Thursday night in Chicago.
